About Me 

Becoming a Reiki Master was the result of a life-long journey that wove through both traditional and non-traditional forms of spirituality and health care. I was raised in a family that participated in only the standard versions of religion and medical treatment. But an introduction to eastern religion and holistic health while studying for the Lutheran ministry changed the direction of my educational and vocational goals. 

After a brief stint as a campus minister, I spent the following years working in mostly unrelated fields while continuing to explore alternatives to traditional ways of thinking and relating to the world. 

Eventually, I discovered Reiki and all the pieces for which I'd been searching fell into place. As a result, I received attunement as a Usui & Tibetan Reiki Master from my teacher, Judith Conroy.

The lineage of every Reiki Master can be traced back to Mikao Usui, originator of the Reiki technique.  See mine below -
